My name is Justine, and I deliver tailored netball solutions, both on and off the court.
With over 25 years experience, and a perpetual passion for the game, I amalgamate my uniquely broad skillset, with my distinct flair for innovation, to bring you, The Netball Project.
Through this dedicated platform, I provide a comprehensive range of tailored netball solutions that cater to the global netball community.
Along with documenting my personal journey and sharing contemporary netball content, I offer inspiring and avante-garde services that reach beyond the mundane and traditional.
From exclusive skill and fitness coaching, to game development initiatives and bespoke consulting services, I provide players, coaches, umpires, clubs and associations with the opportunity to level up.
My affable and enthusiastic character, in conjunction with my extensive knowledge base and professional approach, continues to deliver proven results across all areas of the game.

Player
With a playing history that spans over 750 games, across both club and representative level, I bring an experienced, competitive and inspirational energy to every game. Predominately a formidable circle defender, I can competently play all positions on court.
Coach
In a coaching capacity, I have a demonstrated aptitude for developing players of all ages and abilities. With my signature style and energetic vibe, I translate my knowledge of the game into a commanding method that continues to deliver proven results.
Umpire
As a badged umpire, I have accrued a technical and in-depth understanding of the game. My decisive demeanour and confident character, combined with a strong comprehension of the rules, sees me able to efficiently and effectively control the game.

I have long been a passionate representative and strong advocate for netball, both at home and abroad.
My nomadic lifestyle has seen me implement game development initiatives in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia, as well as various states across Australia.
No matter where I am, you will inevitably find me promoting the game of netball, in some way, shape or form.

Marketing & Design
From high-quality logos, functional websites, and vibrant uniform design, to captivating video clips and engaging infographic media, I use my natural aptitude for design to make the netball world more beautiful. I have converted clubs from drab to fab, and turned old-hat into fun and fresh, all whilst preserving the integrity of heritage.
Talent Identification
My keen eye for scouting talent and untapped potential, along with my proven ability to form cohesive teams, has lead to appointments on independent selection panels for various club and representative teams.
Club Management
My extensive experience in sports management sees me equipped to expertly assist in all areas of club administration. Clubs, associations and organisations have consulted my expertise on a diverse range of matters, including, but not limited to; the formulation of policies, the implementation of processes and procedures, event management, grant applications, dispute resolution, along with broader strategic direction.
Umpire Development
My solid comprehension of the rules and supportive leadership qualities has seen me involved with the mentoring of new umpires.
Game Development
I know what it takes to bring people together and significantly increase community participation. Driven by my signature enthusiasm, I have been instrumental in the formation of new teams, facilitated various community activations, and spearheaded multiple club recruitment drives, along with pioneering international netball programs.
Coach Development
With the objective of encouraging volunteers, I have worked with clubs to create formal procedures that support, develop and incentivise their coaches.

From the tropical islands of Phuket and Langkawi, to the ancient cities of Hội An and Siem Reap, I have established netball communities all across South-East Asia. These destinations host social practice sessions which provide locals, expats, and travellers, with the opportunity to experience the game, and all the benefits that come with it.

Strength & Conditioning
As a qualified fitness professional, these sport-specific sessions equally attend to the strength and conditioning of both the mind and body, providing athletes with marked improvement in their on court performance, whilst greatly reducing the risk of injury.
Clinics & Specialist Programs
Spanning school holiday programs, pre-season clinics and focused club sessions, these customised, intensive group trainings are fun, unique and full of stimulating drills and activities, providing an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all participants.
