Play Netball

If you’re looking for an outlet,

Or something good to do.

If you’re wanting something different,

To start this year anew.

If you’d like to have some fun,

In the healthy kind of way.

If you like to be outdoors,

Then listen up, okay?

If you’re down for getting fit,

Whilst having a good laugh.

If you’re keen to run around,

But don’t want to pull a calf.

If you can listen to instruction,

And follow coach's rule.

If you thrive in team dynamics,

Then this, you'll find, is cool!

If you want to learn some skills,

And put your mettle to the test.

If you always give your all,

And strive to do your best.

If you want to be a part,

Of a kind community.

If you seek social interaction, and A sense of unity.

If you're int'rested in sport,

But don’t like it wild and rough,

If you want to play it safe,

With lots of rules and stuff.

Keen to learn some more?

There’s no need to be shy.

If you want to test the waters,

Just come along and try.

Worried you will fail?

Or you’re body is too old?

We have people over 60.

Who are skilled and brave and bold.

If you’re liking what I’m saying,

But afraid of something new.

"Everyone started somewhere"

Is a statement very true!

So, if you’re hiding in the shadows,

Wondering if this is for you,

Netball is for EVERYONE,

And you, can play it too!
